SHIPPING AND HANDLING

R.O.A. provides prepaid “Priority Mail” labels for shipping to our lab. To facilitate case tracking, all cases will be returned to you using UPS. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

To avoid damage, we recommend immediate pouring of aliginate impressions and doctor’s approval before sending to the lab. Also, it is necessary for each model to be labeled with the patient and doctor’s name for proper identification. Models should be wrapped separately and secured tightly.

We deliver and pick up only in the Atlanta metro area. For customers outside this area, we provide UPS, FedEx, DHL or U.S. Postal Service.

APPLIANCE WARRANTY

There is a six-month warranty against defects in material or mistakes made during the process of manufacturing the appliances (ex. wrong color or design). If you find a problem, please return the appliance with original and new model(s). Our warranty may change according to what is determined by the condition of the appliance; this warranty does not cover patients’ abuse or lost appliances.

PAYMENT

Each case will be sent to you with an individual invoice that can be used to cross check the monthly statement, which is also sent to your office every month with the financial transactions that occurred with your account in the current month. The balance must be paid off by the 15th of the month on which you received the statement. Volume discounts will only apply to payments received by the 15th.
