Distalizer

T-Rex – Pendulum:

This appliance uses an expansion screw and locking wires. The occlusal rest must be placed and glued on premolars to hold the appliance.

Pendulum:

Similar to the T-Rex without the use of an expansion screw or locking wires.

Distal Jet Appliance :

This appliance uses 4 bands, 2 molars and 2 bicuspids. A NiTi spring is placed along with the tubing and a pushing screw that has to be adjusted by the wrech key.

PHD Distalizer:

Similar to the T-Rex but without acrylic and the RPE screw.
